Cautions based on actual experience
I would like to start with a list of the various things I have learned after experiencing seven channel bans over the past three years.

This is actually my ongoing work.I have a monetized sub-channel where I post my extreme R18 voice on a limited basis, but I have never received any warnings for it. We are using limited public access for various purposes, but perhaps there is less scrutiny there.

If you re-submit a video that has been erased in the past without modification, it will be erased in seconds.
This has happened to me several times, but if I post a video on a new channel without editing a video that was previously published on a channel that was banned, the video is deleted immediately and the channel is banned as well. I think we tend to do this quite a bit, so we should be careful.
As a workaround, it is possible to re-submit the audio file by slightly modifying the volume and editing the opening and ending parts with a new recording. You may want to make sure you have a new thumbnail just in case.
If you want to be even more careful, it might be safer not to post the erased voices on YouTube.
